People showed an unexpected real interest to the point that making art became an all consuming passion. I’ve pursued this new path full-time f
Omni Laser Art is one of those happy accidents of life. When I closed my last business, a sign manufacturing company, my family moved to Couer d’Alene and I started making wood wall art as a hobby. People showed an unexpected real interest to the point that making art became an all consuming passion. I’ve pursued this new path full-time for over 3 years now. I feel so fortunate that this small art company as been received so well within the art loving community. I am truly inspired and my passion for art only continues to grow. I hope to keep creating unique pieces that people can love and appreciate for years to come.

Great designs often come from the discreet observations of nature. Natural beauty that we’ve seen all of our lives can inspire a design if we look just a little closer. Our process starts with the inspiration and moves to design. Since the art is layered most pieces start with the top layer and move backwards to create the vision. However, understanding the final form is not always certain as each layer often changes the direction of the piece. Once the layers have been created, then the colors are deter
Our process starts with the inspiration and moves to design. Since the art is layered most pieces start with the top layer and move backwards to create the vision. However, understanding the final form is not always certain as each layer often changes the direction of the piece. Once the layers have been created, then the colors are determined. The struggle here is always the same; a battle between contrast and symmetry. Complimenting colors help symmetry flow, while bold choices nourish a contrasting style. In the end, of course, it is up to the customer to decide which pieces fit the temperament of their decor.
